Gerd and ineffective esophageal motility

I was having gerd and ineffective esophageal motility but from past 6 months I haven't faced any reflux but I have difficulty in swallowing and vomiting sensation and cannot eat more since the food struck in my throat and takes time to go down.this problem am having from very long time and it isn't cured yet...does this problem have a cure?
