Hey so 2 months back i had acid reflux which i thought to be a heart attack..I got ecg done twice heart echo done eveything came normal...but since then i am always worried that i am sick, i have some major problem related to heart..And i again worry if all that happens to me again...Earlier use to be carefree person but now always in tension that ill die i have some problem...Always having that thought that my heart beat is increased...

Hello, These symptoms are suggestive of panic disorder. In panic disorder you feel as if everything is going to  finish. Panic attack is usually associated with anticipatory anxiety of having one more panic attack. These symptoms will subside with medication.
