Genital warts(cauliflower like) on penis

I had applied podowart paint on the warts. After four days the warts have fallen but the foreskin has swollen and there are brownish discharges from penis. It pains and has started slight bleeding now. The foreskin has also turned red. Doctor has given an antibiotic but the pain and bleeding has not stopped. I am also diabetic.
