Under the scrot i have grape like two spots. They seem to be warts. How can i get rid of them? Is this serious? Eg: std, herpies?

Hello.. Well sir I need to examine them before I tell you what it is...are there any associated symptoms like pain, discharge etc..plaese meet a general surgeon and get yourself examined...the common causes are boils, sexually transmitted infections like syphilis, or tb. .thank you
