It seems to be post traumatic psychological changes leading to anxiety and depression. The psychological changes need to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and social life. Your sexual issues like positive HSV II can be well treated with homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You can lead a normal life like others...just you need to continue medicines for a few months for a recurrent outbreak. Hi, thank you for sharing your concern. you are going through such a difficult time. It sounds like you have been dealing with the physical symptoms of HSV-2 along with anxiety, repeated stress, and feelings of hopelessness for a long time. Please remember that HSV-2 is a manageable medical condition, and many people continue to have healthy relationships and marriages with the right medical care and honest communication. What concerns me most is that you have mentioned having suicidal thoughts. Please do not go through this alone. I would strongly encourage you to consult a psychiatrist and a counselling psychologist as soon as possible. Therapy can help you manage the anxiety, hopelessness, and emotional distress you are experiencing. If you feel that you may act on these thoughts or are unable to keep yourself safe, please tell a trusted family member or friend immediately. You deserve support, and with the right treatment, things can improve. Take care. Dr Namita Ranjan Counselling Psychologist

HSV-2 can be managed and does not mean your life or future relationships are over. Please seek medical treatment and mental health support especially as you are experiencing suicidal thoughts.
