If there are no teeth seen on the Xray you can get them replaced with removable dentures or fixed dental bridges or dental implants. If there are teeth present based on the X-ray the dentist will in co ordination with an oral surgeon and orthodontist attempt to get your teeth to the right position in your mouth.
