hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. depending on the bone levels, the treatment can be done. gaps can be replaced by implants. you can also go for orthodontic treatment after that. ask your dentist for smile designing.

Hello Sir, Greetings for the day. Your case is of partial anodontia (absence of teeth). The solution to this would be going to a dentist where he would advise you a bridge or Implants in those areas which can fill the gap and would improve the looks. If you would like to get implants done which is a better option than bridge get a CBCT scan of the localised area from any dental scanning center to help the dentist decide if there is adequate bone to house the implants.
Next Steps
Visit a Dentist and get it treated. It would give you a better SMILE and appearance.
Health Tips
If you opt for Implants as a treatment option pls make sure that your dentist is an Implantologist. For any more questions do write to us on www.drajwanis.com

Dear Sir, Please get a full mouth Xray done. It is done at certain diagnostic centers only. Your dentist can recommend a place. It is called an OPG. If there are no teeth seen on the Xray you can get them replaced with removable dentures or fixed dental bridges or dental implants. If there are teeth present based on the X-ray the dentist will in co ordination with an oral surgeon and orthodontist attempt to get your teeth to the right position in your mouth.
Next Steps
Get an OPG and show it to a dentist
