Having mild pain in back side of both eyes since one month. In the morning no pain but gradually increases by watching phone and travelling in car although not driving. Sometimes feels nausea or mild forehead pain. What should I do?

There will be too much strain to eyes to focus on phone letters, especially while in car or train due to vibrations. Also when you are travelling your ear balance is also working so much. Everything adds up to your headache.
Next Steps
Avoid phone use while travelling. Take rest like looking far away outside every 20 minutes for 20 seconds. keep your eyes closed in between. You can use lubricant eye drops like Refresh tears in between when you have eye pain.

Hi sir, The most common cause of eye pain or headache is need for glasses or change in glass power. If you haven't got your glass power checked in last 6 months please get that done. Also when you turn 40, need for near vision glasses also arises. Secondly, more screen time, not wearing sunglasses while in car, could increase the chance of dry eyes. Excessive screen time can result in dryness. Rarely, the eye pain and headache could be associated with increased eye pressure
Next Steps
Get your glass power checked with an ophthalmologist. Dry eye evaluation and management. Eye pressure check up
