Does traveling in public transport and touching seats , handles , windows and other parts and after that touching eyes ,nose or mouth without washing hands poses a risk for rabies or is it safe?

The behaviour mentioned does not have the propensity to spread rabies. It is not dangerous either (cannot be totally deemed safe also). So wash your extremities (both hands and feet with soap once you reach home.

No. Rabies does not spread like that normally. But hand washing after such contact is definitely recommended.

No, they donot pose any risk Rabies is spread by bite of rabid infectious animals like dogs.
