General query: sometimes we get cut or some other wound. Is applying Dettol prudent? Because it gives burning sensation which is not right for skin. What should be done after a person gets injured?

If you get injured, you should immediately wash the area with running water and apply povidont iodine or antibiotic ointment...if it is big, you can do dressing...
