Please check the attached report of my mother of lipid profile. Can you advice as per the report is it any serious about my mom health. If yes please guide me to go to cardio specialist or diabetes specialist.

Very poor diabetes. Needs treatment now. Triglycerides will come down with diabetes control.

The diabetes levels are uncontrolled, medications will need to be adjusted. Cholesterol levels are mildly high, as a result of high sugars. Consulting an endocrinology would help manage both and is advised.
