Gb polyp 2.6mm

So i have done an ultrasound abdomen due to stomach discomfort (hunger type) and loose stool, i already had a course of rifagut 550. So the results showed a tiny polyp of 2.6mm, its a-symptomatic, what should i do, i am scared! My father got gb issues only in his old age(60), but my age is only 25, why these issues occuring. I dont eat junk food much and I exercise regularly. How to treat this? I read homeopathy does treat it, should I try it? Please help me, i am really scared :(.
