I have got some acidity today. I am 4 months of pregnant. Can I take Gaviscon syrup or Rantac for a relief for the time being. Is it safe medicine?

Lates studies show Rantac as unsafe. Take pan 40 instead of Gelusil tablets Connect for other measures to reduce acidity
