I m having gastritis not even able to move i rarely have gastritis but this one is very discomfort and painful please suggest a quick remedy.

Avoid tea coffee spicy food and fatty foods. Syp Ulgel A 10 ml three times daily after meals for 5 days may help . Medicine such as Pantocid DSR once daily before breakfast may help if taken for 5 days.
