I've been diagnosed with Gastritis, and have been given some medication for it, but haven't had any advice on whether I can take painkillers, or which painkillers to take/avoid.. I've tried googling, but can't get a clear answer, can you help me?

Any usg abdomen or endoscopy done, avoid NSAIDs, take tab pantocid 40 mg once a day empty stomach, avoid spicy food alcohol smoking
