Doctor, does milk tea worsen gastritis problem? Or can I take it once in a day after food. Is milk good for gastritis problem?

Milk can cause bloating and loose motion if taken on an empty stomach. After food milk is generally tolerated. Tea can cause acid reflux by relaxing esophageal sphincters.
