Gastritis and pain in liver area

I am suffering from gastritis for last three months and last 10 days feeling pain in liver area. Blood test has been and in LFT test gama GGT is increased and billirubin is also increased and due to this I am suffering from pain. Pls advice some medicine.

Liver enzymes raised really cause pain. The pain may be because of gastritis only. Ultrasound should be done to rule out other causes and to evaluate liver. Response to gastritis treatment will decide whether the pain is because of gastritis or not Cause of raised liver enzymes need evaluation
