Gastritis and digestion problem

My prikriti vata. I have gas problems due to weak digestion. Pitta imbalance. Triphala, avipattikar, amlapittantak not suit because hot potency.Kamdudha ras tab should be taken after meal or empty stomach.is it for tension or gas.

Tablets Munacid from Muniyal Ayurveda it's a very wonderful medicine for gastritis. Take 2 0 2 before food. For one month continuously without fail even if u don't have gastritis. Also u should follow healthy eating. Practise diaphragmatic or abdominal breathing for 5 mins before food thrice

Kamdudha ras can help in pitta vata related gastric issues. But it will not cure it completely. If you want to understand and reverse your gastric troubles please consult ayurvedic doctor for detailed examination, diagnosis and treatment.

It can be taken before food, if Kamadudha ras is Mukta yukta it can be used in Tension problem if plain for gastric issues.
