I'm a dialysis patient past 4 years , and thrice a week dialysis I take pan 40 everyday for gastric Since lately the gastric seems not to work . And I'm not able to eat because of that Pentab 40 , is suggested is it safe to take ? Or other suggestions...

Hi You may be having gastritis related to uremic gastropathy. A lot of my CKD patients have the symptoms but these are treatable
