Dear Sir, My 21 months old daughter is having severe gastric reflux the whole day due to which she is unable to eat anything and she doesn’t even want to eat. We are giving her buffalo toned milk around 10-12 ounces the whole day plus 3 meals . One time formula also . Her constipation is worse. Have to insert glycerine suppositories almost daily Kindly advise. Regards Rishika

First of all stop this buffalo milk Laxatives usually not prescribed in kids Please make changes in diet like adding fibres like vegetables Pls give her domstal syp for reflux  5ml in the nite only for 3 days
