Due to gastric problem my heart rate is fast and difficulty in breathing is this serious I suffer from mild fatty liver grade 2 and also antral gastritis

Fatty liver is fine...u can correct it by avoiding fatty diet but gastritis need to be corrected by medication and avoid tobacco alcohol n spicy food... antacid syrup
