Gastric issues and change stool colour

Your stool test report is absolutely normal, slight change in colour can occur according food intake so nothing to worry.
Gastric upset can be because of lot many reasons like stress, spicy food, alc. & smoking, tea &coffee, junk food, sedentary lifestyle.
Initial treatment is to take care of all these and if still persists you need medication
