Hlo..mjhe extreme gastric issue h like stomach fula rhta iske karn chakkr aata h n walk krne m b problem hoti h ..mne kafi allopathy treatment liya h but no relief..now I am pregnant so can i take homeopathy treatment for this.iske karn m kch digest nh par pa rh n weakness ho rhi h.i tried home remidies lemon n all but no relief.i regularly taking pantacid 40 tablet but usse b relief nh h plz suggest something
