Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.

Hai, U need a healthy diet. when you eat out see for it you don't eat processed food. some healthy foods you can opt when you are eating out is veg curries, plane rice with dal, tandoori chicken sometimes, salads, fruits, raita, moong bhajji, sprouts. By doing this you are eating healthy and including all which is nutritious rather than rolls and samosas which neither gives you energy nor is healthy enough and infact a big reason for your bloating problem. Nextly, concentrate on your time. Usually when you eat, gastric juices gets secreted in your stomach which are acidic. It happens at the usual time when you have your meal and when you skip that time your gastric juices are released into the empty stomach ending up in gas problems as it is acidic and don't have food to work on. So eating at the same time daily is very very important. Have small and frequent meals every 2 to 3 hourly but never wait for hunger.Aviod cabbage, raddish, high protein foods, chana dal, and processed foods.
