Hi.,it can be due to acute gastro enteritis. Need to plan for both proper food restrictions and medicines.
Next Steps
take tab. pan 40 twice a day before food tab.gelusil 3 times a day after food syp.sucrafil o 5ml twice a day after food for 5 days.
