I have stomach ache evwry now and than, also have gas problems. I have never felt like this before so cant explain what it is but its very painful. May be gas, acidity etc. Please help me how to take care of this. I am going through a very bad time!

Sir please relax. Get an endoscopy and ultrasound done.pain might be due to gastritis or gall stones.if gastritis you need to take treatment for the same.if gallstones you will require surgery.
