Gas problem

In this lockdown phase as their is no physical activity so I am facing Gas problem and constipation problem My daily routine goes like this: Tea:11:00 AM Breakfast: 12:30PM Lunch :3:30PM Evening snacks:7:00PM Dinner: 11PM Can someone suggest me what is the perfect time and how can I overcome this constipation problem ?

Stop eating non veg, eat vegetables and fruits, avoid fats, exercise regularly, take purgative and antacids.
