Gas is forming in stomach and coming fro

Hello doctors I am getting gas problem since 1 year and gas is passing from mouth as a form of bleching , getting stomach pain also , I am drinking more water also doing little exercise also last year I did all test like endoscopy , ultrasound but no relief tell me any best medicine to cure my problem I am totally fed up from this
