My SGOT is 69,is it responsible for gas formation and stomach bloating?also I have no appetite.My random blood sugar after eating is 170.I was diagnosed as Covid 19 on Nov 26.Now on 20th Dec I was negative

Please send the entire LFT report. No, gas formation and bloating has nothing to do with your SGOT/SGPT.
