Gas and vomiting
My child had vomit and stomach pain.. Now OK.. He has constipation Now.he don't take medication he likes gripe water.. Can i give it regularly he is 4 years old 15kgweight

Hello,
It seems that your child had Gastritis (?viral) that resolved now. But there is underlying Constipation, that to be properly addressed & managed. For which some dietary changes, medicines & life style has to be modified.
