Can any gas issues cause dizziness.. i dont have any pain and dizziness just gas flowing in reverse direction and dizziness what could be the possible cause? And which specialist i shall consult?

Its gastritis Tab razo d 1 tab x bd x 15 (7am 7pm) Syp pantop mps 1 tsf x tds x 15 days Avoid hot meals and fried foods Lots of fibrous foods and water Avoid long hours of fasting Have curd rice banana and apple etc
