Gas , acidity and cold symptoms

I have been suffering from gas and ac idity problems from several years,  At present, also, I have the same problem, but , since las 10 to 15 days I have symptoms like cold, body ache and testless toung.

Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Watch for fever, loose motions etc.
