Asked for Male, 65 Years

My father is not diabetic he has quit smoking few months ago... He has got small wound in his right feet. He was diagnosed with gangrene ten years ago and his left leg was amputed. We went to Doctor who gave diafoot cream to apply with hot water and lemon and salt. He is tacking trental 400 twice a day. Any treatment in aurvedic will be help
