Do all people with symptomatic multiple gallstones develop complications or not everybody develops complication? Is there a percentage? Please reply

Symptomatic gallstones itself is a complication. If you meant life threatening complication like obstructive jaundice, pancreatitis, sepsis the. “Yes” most likely in due course about 20 percent of people will have complication.
