Can a single large stone in lumen of 23mm be dissolved with homeopathy medicines having upper right abdomen and back pain please suggest

There is no medicine for dissolution of 23 mm stone in GB. You should consider surgery as it can cause serious complications.

There is no such proven fact. Also even if it does this does not solve the problem because new stones form within months. The problem lies in gall bladder. This is why in surgery gall bladder whole is removed and not stone alone.
