I don't know how did you come to diagnosis if it is in deed a pain secondary to GB stone. You would require antispasmodics for the immediate relief. I would strongly suggest to get evaluation by Gastroenterologist/Surgeon to seen the exact cause. Even if it is GB stone related it could have various implications and need for surgery sooner or later.
