Since there is a stone in the neck of the gallbladder the chances of becoming symptomatic or developing pain is high. Also considering you being younger, the risk of becoming symptomatic for GB stones in your lifetime is high
Hence, it is advisable to undergo surgery for Gallbladder stone.
Procedure is called Laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
The recovery after procedure is pretty quick. U will not need any bed rest after procedure. Can resume work in a week.
Antitubercular treatment needs to be continued and course needs to be finished.
It's preferable to wait for atleast a month after starting TB medications to see if it is responding. If not then there are chances that you may need surgery for intestinal TB too.
In that case both surgeries can be done simultaneously
