I have attached reports where my gallbladder is physiological distended, a wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid collection is seen What does it mean and I have pain in back side please tell me why this happen doctor or suggest me any medicine for pain and I have 2 kidney stone and I am taking medication for kidney stone I don't think is kidney stone pain on right right

Size of the stone is small enough to pass in urine. Usually we advice to go for operations if the size is more than 6 mm

When something is Normal it is called Physiological and when it turns abnormal, it is PATHOLOGICAL. Your reports are Absolutely Fine, in respect to your Gall Bladder. You need to consult a Urosurgeon for your Renal Stones, and get them treated. Your Renal Stones can also be managed by Oral Medicines.

Your gallbladder is normal Don't worry Sometimes if scan done on fasting, gallbladder may appear distended. There is no wall thickening,no collection
