My wife is pregnent of 6 weeks...she has a gall bladder stone around 7.5 mm ...Is pregnency is safe?

If she is not having any pain and problem then no need to disturb this.If surgery is needed due to problems then second trimester is safe.Name of surgery is cholecystectomy.
