Follow up with your surgeon. It may be due to retained gall stones in duct. Else, the previous answer given by Dr Gaurav is fine.

Can be due to post gallbladder removal syndrome. She needs proton pump inhibitor with antiemetic drugs. Like tab Pantop D-sr twice in a day empty stomach for 7 days then every morning empty stomach for a month. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid over eating. Drink plenty of water. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast an hour of gap. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Go for morning and evening walks everyday. Get a liver function test done.
