Hello, My father felt an intense pain in the chest a couple of nights ago and we immediately headed for an ecg which was normal but they suggested we take an PAN 40 through IV. We did so and brought him home at around 1.30 am but he was having a severe stomach pain, was unable to pass gas / motion/ urine or even burp. Visited our family doctor in the morning and he recommended a USG Abdomen and Pelvis. Attaching the reports here. We have been advised a Gall bladder surgery for removal of stones. Is the operation necessary? And is it risky? How soon should we do it?

Hello, Multiple calculi , of 2-4 mam ,this needs surgery Bcoz there are chances of these multiple calculi might enter into CBD and there are chances of dilatation of CBD and intrahepatic biliary radicles Pain can be due infection Kindly get evaluated and plan for surgery Laproscopic
