Hello,,, Sometimes walking or physical exercise increases your digestion and appetite,, which makes you absorb more calories in food than usual,, it is normal and is not a problem. What you have to do is drink plenty of water and reduce all foods to half of your usual taking (half your usual food consumption) ,, then add some more physical activity like jogging even in the evening too,, or aerobics.
