Funny pain around hip area

I have been having this pain for a while now. Whenever i get active, my hip area hurts so bad like it is breathing especially when i lie down or kneel down. Also, i ovulated yesterday and i felt a sharp pain at the left side all day. Although, i had unprotected sex but i dont know maybe thats why. We just started trying to conceive. Kindly advise me on what to do and how to treat it.
