Fungal nail infection

Fungal nail infection from last 6 months. It has raised from one to total three fingers. Taking itraconazol 100mg in the morning and 100mg in the night. Along with onabet cream twice a day. Also started Amorolfine 5 % twice a week. Kindly suggest additional instructions and how much time it will take.
