Fungal infection ringworm syp Potratemb6

Hello doc Before 1 month I got fungal infections between thighs with no itching no burning only darkness and some redness. I got urine burning symptoms to UROLOGIST have me potrate syp mb6. I'm taking it from past some days and My fungal infection is increased and now it itches and some broken dry and circle shape thing is there. Is this due to this syrup?
