Fungal infection not cured from 1 year

I got affected with fungal infection at my thigh area. I am using medicines almost more than a year. If I stop medicine I am getting again in 3 days. I am keeping my self very hiegenic. I am using chlorometriozol , clovata and dust powder. It is only working temporarily. Plz give me permanent solution.
