I have fungal infection near my groin area also my appetite is not okay dont know if it is related to it although i got this type of fungal infection long time ago and that time i got some stretch marks . Right now I just have some itchiness felt little bit uncomfortable . I have made a video just to give you the clear idea how it is now it has white powder form skin layer on some parts please see and prescribe accordingly.

Sweating becomes a breeding ground for Fungal infection not appetite. You will need medicines as per severity of infection. Strech marks are likely if you had used some combination steroid creams for long without supervision but need to see before commenting for sure. Hence dont self meditate.
