It seems fungal infection between my private parts and thigh. Also itching around penis. There are 3 to 4 female dermatologist nearby my location. I am little hisitate to go there. Please suggest.

It could be tinea cruris. However it is better if it is examined and treated. It will resolve completely with tablets and creams.
