I am taking Itraconazole 200mg for fungal infection near anus, buttocks and scrotum since 4 days but there is no sign of improvement. How many days it takes for Itraconazole to work? Also I am applying amrolfine ointment but it burns a bit near anal area... Above medicines is prescribed by ayurvedic doctor

It takes minimum 2 weeks to work. Are u applying only amrolfine ointment or something else along with it? Topical treatment is important along with itraconazole
