Fungal infection in inner thighs iam taking madecation from last 12 days iam still hv itching and irritation in jocks

Inner thighs are covered areas and more prone for sweating which further aggravates the infection . Treatment maybe required for a longer duration . And also , another topical creams may be required . Need to see the photographs for confirmation of diagnosis and to plan treatment options .
