Hello Doc! I have an oily skin and I am using products like minimalist niacinamide, salicylic acid, etc I have an damage skin barrier because of which I breakout much frequently and can't use sunscreen properly. How to solve it and how will I change my routine for a good skin?

Breakouts can be improved with specific medicine...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
